From September 2022 – Newcomer TopTen becomes Newcomer Top20

From September there will be a change to our popular newcomer format TopTen.
Because we receive so many requests from artists and bands from all over the world, we have decided to make a change to the newcomer format.
This means that we are increasing the format. The TopTen will become a Top20 of the newcomers.
The change will take place with the first broadcast on 06.09.22. This means that there will not only be 3 new performances but 15 new performances.
The broadcasting time will be extended to 2 hours.
The rules are identical to the TopTen. There are no longer only 3 new performances every week, but 5.
If a song is in the Top3 three times in a row, it will still be automatically eliminated from the voting.
Of course you can still apply as a newcomer under Newcomer Application.
